As a child, I took books in the tub, to the dinner table, and to family gatherings. I rode my bike to the town library and maxed out my library card on science fiction and fantasy. Once I was even locked in the library at closing time, lost in Greek myths.  I have been writing my whole life; I won my first writing award at age nine. I also hold an MFA in Creative Writing and work as an editor and journalist. I am currently working on two stand-alone YA novels, a time travel romantic thriller, and a science fiction, “found family” series. Connecting people with remarkable stories, vivid new worlds, and tangible characters is my lifelong pursuit.
